1 Acceptance of these terms

By using chiomaxx-xpress.com, requesting a quote, creating an account, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Specific booking terms are also set out in our Booking Rules, which form part of this agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2 Accounts & security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and security question answer confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We may ask you to verify your identity (including via your security question) before making sensitive changes to your account, such as issuing a temporary password.
• You may request permanent closure of your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for what that involves.

3 Bookings, pricing & payment

• Submitting a quote request is not a confirmed booking — a booking is confirmed only once we agree a price and reserve a vehicle.
• Prices quoted are estimates and may be adjusted based on route, dates, stops, or passenger numbers, as described in our Booking Rules.
• Online payments are processed by Paystack; bank transfers are matched to your booking using your unique payment reference. Full cancellation and refund terms are in our Booking Rules.
• We may, at our discretion, issue a receipt or confirm a payment directly to your account for payments arranged outside the standard online flow.

4 Reviews

• Reviews must be based on a genuine experience with Chiomaxx Xpress and must be submitted by a signed-in account holder.
• We reserve the right to review submissions before they're published, and to decline or remove reviews that are false, abusive, or otherwise violate these terms.
• By submitting a review, you agree it may be displayed publicly on our website together with your name and route.

5 Acceptable use

• Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or system on this site.
• Don't interfere with the normal operation of the site or abuse our systems (including automated scraping or spamming).

6 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, has an outstanding balance, or is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity. A suspended account keeps the ability to submit a quote, make a payment, or contact us, but other actions may be restricted until the matter is resolved. Where an account is closed in error, it can be reinstated — contact us to request this.

7 Liability

Our liability in connection with any booking is limited as set out in our Booking Rules. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

8 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

9 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
